It was a rare (unfoggy) early evening at Westbrae Biergarten. Parents enjoyed beers and a casual dinner in the late sunshine and let their kids run about with other kids.  A record number of urban sketchers gathered at long picnic tables to enjoy the mild weather and sketch the scene. The temperature quickly dropped as the sun set. Propane garden heaters provided some warmth as we shared our drawings, drained the last sips of beer and put away our portable sketching kits.
