Wonderful sketch--I especially like all the subtle grays. Interesting that it's an old building from the 30s and yet looks so "modern mall" and houses B&R and Togos! Did you know if you click on the image after you upload it you get an option to size it (Large works well) and add a caption.
This old building I believe was built in the 1930's. It is near the old Towne theater on the Alameda.
