Springtime in Kyoto, Part 1

I was in Kyoto for two weeks taking a painting workshop. Wonderful time sketching and painting during Cherry Blossom season.

Little Japanese vases

Japanese Vases, pigment liner and watercolor, 8x5in.

I enjoy looking at these delicate tiny vases (5cm tall) and just in case they break I sketched them.
