"It's Not Always About the Restaurant."

Met our urban sketching group at CHOW in Oakland. But instead of drawing something

at the restaurant I looked across the street and challenged myself to sketch a mundane

set of stairs leading to a parking garage. I also made myself embrace my wonky perspective.
