Shave and A Haircut
We spent an interesting few hours the other afternoon watching the action at Peoples Barber & Shop in Oakland. Their motto: you are only as good as your last haircut. Besides the customers and barbers, the 100 year old barber chairs were fun to draw. See Ceiny's sketches in the previous post.

Wonderful sketches Cathy. I'm trying to picture this. Did your group come in together and simply ask to sketch the action? and what was the reaction of the men in the chairs? (I think I would be self conscious on two accounts, one being that I'm a woman in a male bastion)
