The Hotsy Totsy Club was over 70 years old when new owners took it over and transformed it from a run down, dirty dive for neighborhood drunks into a quirky, retro neighborhood dive that is a fun place to hangout and equally fun to sketch. More about the transformation and our evening on

When it got cold out we went inside where it was warmer but dark. Judith and I shared a hot toddy and sketched until 9:00 when they serve hot stew on Tuesday nights (Stewsdays). It was delicious shrimp gumbo. Yum!
