Voices of Afghanistan, Wheeler Auditorium

Voices of Afghanistan, blind contours, art pen, 9x12in.
Last night I went to a great performance of The Voices of Afghanistan, featuring vocalist Ustad (Afghan honorific title meaning master) Farida Mahwash and  Homayoun Sakhi and his Sakhi Ensemble. It was delightful. I had to try another blind contour drawing.

    Thank you Sonia. The performance was so joyful that we all left happy. Music does wonders in uniting people.
