Together with many plein air painters and sketchers we joined for an art event at the America's Cup Park in San Francisco. It was sunny but very windy with some interesting clouds towards the Golden Gate Bridge. The organizers provided a good lunch, coffee and cookies. It was fun to see the results of a day's work when we gathered for the artist's reception. I did not win any price but I enjoyed the day, met nice people and even got an unexpected set of paints from a completely unknown person.
