Caffe Trieste, Berkeley
Here are more drawings of jazz fans listening to Randy Craig's group at Caffe Trieste in Berkeley on San Pablo Avenue. This is another location of the venerable Caffe Trieste in San Francisco's North Beach on Grant and Vallejo, established in 1956. The music tradition is deep and strong, the original caffe having offered mandolin, accordian and opera aria concerts for decades.

ReplyDeletethanks for your kind words, jana. i really am enjoying experimenting with the strategy jack laws showed us (using a wet brush after drawing with a pen with water soluble ink).
